Who makes the best CNC routers?

Beautiful work!! What wood and thickness did you use? Is it possible to share this file? I would like to make one and give it away.
Chris
Congratulations Dee!!!
Two Great materials That I can think of are Laserboard and Vectoboard. They cut beautifully with very little power. You can PM me and I can tell you where you can get these products.
Chris
I would recommend 3M 467 MP Peel-n-stick. Comes in a variety of widths. Very nice work.
Chris
Yes, I 10-4 that.
Hi Jim,

Is that a snake in the second pic. going up the roof?
No I am not, but I have taken several college classes in welding just for fun learning. I learned Stick, Oxyacet., MIG, and TIG. I have an engineering background and been trough aerospace,...
Toxic it is!!! In welding, anytime with galvanized metal, a welder must drink a glass of milk to line his or her stomach. If they do not and come across this type of material it will eat away the...

Sincerely,

Chris
It show the coordinates as 0,0 when I select for a second time rather that the initial location. It basicly resets it to 0,0. I need to change the setup page but can not find the right selection.
I wanted to be able to move the object on the page but have the X Y position values. Not go to 0,0 when I select that same object again.
I need someones help on how to make an object retain its X & Y position? My case is that when I draw a circle it shows the x & y psition in the property bar. Once I deselect it the circle goes to...
This would be great in magnet material! I don't know how you would get the graphics on the magnet thou?
Dean,
Sorry for your laser loss. I would try to find out what the root cause of the fire came from. Were mirrors cleaned, etc... Also, if you where even in the room I doubt you would have had...
Dean,
Sorry for your laser loss. Where you able to determine how the laser caught on fire? I think even if you where there with the laser you might not have enough time to respond. Maybe less...
How about.... Plasmahead or Plasmacutter
How about.... Plasmahead or Plasmacutter!!
How about. Plasmahead or Plasmacutter!:D
I would laser engrave a reverse image and cast it out of food grade RTV. Silicone will release food much easier than a more solid mold. Repeatablity is much more robust.
