Check the manual - page 11. Your sander apparently comes with a punch plate that should be used to punch holes into the the 1/4 sheet pad sandpaper after it has been installed. It's not clear to me...
Lisa, I am in the process of moving my woodworking from imperial to metric. My reasoning was that none of the lumber or plywood is dimensionally as labeled anyway, so I have to measure and/or cut to...
If you need more length, you can buy another 64" extruded table and connect it using a Best Fence Male to Male Connector and a FastCap Upper Hand stand.

Honestly, that dado glue joint is going to be VERY strong without using screws. If you don't want to clamp while waiting for the glue to dry, use brads to pin it together.
I recently invested in the FastCap Best Fence D4 with the flat extrusion for my Dewalt miter saw & Dewalt miter stand. Not cheap, but so far I think it'll be good for my needs....
The Bourbon Moth YouTube guy uses playing cards, and keeping track of the number of cards for consistency.
A rule of thumb that I've seen: Set the depth of cut for each pass to no greater than the diameter (width) of the router bit. Some suggest setting the depth at increments of 1/2 the diameter.
The Kreg Concealed Hinge Jig, which does a very nice job of drilling the cup and pilot holes, matches the Blum requirements for the hinges I was using, but carefully check the specifications for the...
With no intention of hijacking this discussion ...
If not using a dado stack and using a router instead, can you give a brief indication of how you use a router for dados & rabbets? I'm especially...
Maybe a Bosch PS-21 12 volt driver. It has a 1/4" hex, variable speed, and variable clutch....
The Eurekazone.com tracks are self-aligning due to their dovetail shaped channels. Tracks are connected using two side connectors, but for lengths longer than 108 inches use of an additional center...
After looking at the website for a while I don't have a clue what the device is supposed to do.
If you can, I highly recommend ditching the use of Philips head screws in favor of Torx (star) head screws, or even square (or Robertson) head screws. Soooo much better!
I prefer using the 64" track for cutting half sheets, so I prefer a 64" + 52" combo. It provides a nicer "launch pad" for the saw.
I unsuccessfully searched online for a picture of the 8 foot cut...
I can only speak for the Eurekazone.com track system that I use. The so-called Smart Base is attached to the bottom of a circular saw by pressing the saw blade against a row of plastic blades, and...
If you already have a decent circular saw, the Eurekazone.com system can get you a 64" track with a conversion base, two anti-chip edges, and two clamps for $155 (plus shipping).
You can get a...
All I'll add is that track saws with an anti chipout feature provide a much cleaner cut edge than that of a typical circular saw.
Consider if the model you buy will take common blades. I a the corded Bosch, but in hind sight I think I should have purchased a cordless version (I'm pretty much locked into the Bosch cordless...
I recently built four 12x12 foot horse stalls using something slightly less than 1000 McFeely's #10 promax 2-7/8 inch nocorode square drive flat head screws, and I didn't have a single screw strip...
They may have some restarting pains. I wouldn't be surprised if product is slow to restock due to Covid. Recently I was surprised that my local hardware store could not restock washers - of all...
You might try calling them.
Remember that rodents are your enemy. One mouse setting up living quarters in the trunk will destroy just about everything - even helmets.
I notice that the UEG isn't listed on the new site.
Mike Goetzke, how do you make sure that the UEG fence is parallel to the blade?? Just careful measurements?
Jim Dwight, have you been able to directly compare the "cut quality" of your track saw with that of an EZ Smart track system that uses a circular saw?
The EZ Smart track system uses anti chip...
