2) Agree with Uma concerning unproper pulley position - just came from customer - same problem was on his laser.

Where rubber made? China? How it smell - no odor at all, reasonable, disaster? may be Longstar?? :)

What you can tell about your rubber? Made in China? Do you feel small sand after engraving?

What do you mean "substrate"? Tell at least main types of materials you want use. Looks like you need UV printer.

Dan , and what you can say about MUCH HIGHER POSSIBILITY OF REFLECTION with use of HPDFO which can even damage laser tube (also from show, but heard from ULS competitor :) )

Have heard on one trade show from ULS dealer that HPDFO allowed direct engraving on metals, even on steel? Is it true?

I don't know about now, but in past Laserbits have rental service for powermeter. Perfect for US/Canada

1) Mechanical contact - check all belt length, may be somewhere something fall on belt
2) I see really too much dust on picture - clean laser every day, especially if you use cheap chinese rubber...

Are you sure that problem is between rubber and furniture? May be problem is in rubber? Engraving settings?
