If you're able to find a blade with the correct center bore (30mm in this case), there's a good chance it already contains the pin holes for Hammer/Felder machines.
I use the Felder "Silent-Power" blades in my Hammer K3, including their plywood blade. They work fine for my needs.
I also have the Forest Dado set (purchased from Slivers Mill), although I...
I think the main intended usage of that product is for making a sled to rip pieces longer than the sliding table. You can lock the table in place and slide the sled, much like you would do with a...
Come on, there's a fine coat of dust visible on the DC collection barrel! As for the mess, I moved the then-ongoing project out of the way before taking the pictures. ;)
When that day arrives I plan on hiring professional movers. I might have to build another ramp on the stairs, but that will probably be the easiest part.
Yes. I don't have a walkout, so everything is brought down either the interior steps or through the very steep exterior steps that are covered by a Bilco door.
The Hammer A3-31 (bought in 2016)...
That's just a little extension table, Felder part number 503-137. I have it setup so it sits directly in front of the crosscut fence when that is installed. Note that the table is a pain to setup...
In a few recent threads related to sliding table saws, I've noted that I have one in my ~16'x22' basement shop, along with a decent amount of other tools. Todd Zucker recently reached out to me...
I have a Hammer K3 79x48 in my 16'x22' basement shop, along with my workbench, an A3-31, two bandsaws, a router table, a drum sander, a drill press, a DC, and various other things. I don't have to...
Leave those shoes in the shop. That's what I do with my basement shop: the shop shoes never leave the basement.
I'm pretty sure I'm using Pentel Super Hi-Polymer lead in my mechanical pencils; it's cheap on Amazon. You might also try changing pencils to one that doesn't cause as many breaks. I bought a Zebra...
I have thought about using a card scraper instead of a sander / sandpaper. I also thought about clamping a block of material on top of the panel where it meets the frame to completely eliminate...
There might have been some glue on the front spot before post-assembly sanding, but definitely not on the top part. That lighter section on the top is purely from sanding after assembly,...
These pieces were stained before assembly with multiple coats of Varathane Classic Black. Some sanding was needed post assembly, but now the stain will simply not "take". The wood grain remains...
Rather than buy ready-made frames, I just used pieces of 1/8" by 3/4" aluminum bar stock from the home center for these. The notches were setup to support both letter and legal sized folders.

Hmmm, I'm going to guess the router table is blocking the outrigger support arm from moving. Ouch. I'm sure there's some way to work around this without having to throw out everything you've done.
The more information you provide about this table the more I want one. :) Now I'm just finding excuses to NOT rebuild my router table (the biggest two are material cost and the fact that mine still...
Wow, this is a tough one. Given that the instructions say "If attaching to Incra Miter Slider use ..." and then "If attaching to our Slider Bar use ...", it doesn't appear to be made by Incra. The...
I was eyeing that table top as a potential replacement for my "shop-made laminate-covered double layer of MDF" one that I built many years ago. Unfortunately the spacing of the T-slots won't work...
Only if you require a large (e.g. 55 gallon) waste drum. I have an Oneida V-3000 3HP mounted to the wall in my low ceiling basement shop with a 35 gallon waste drum. Of course I'm the only one ever...
I presume you mean the panel sled that Norm uses, where the fence is in front of the piece rather than behind it like when using a miter gauge? If you search online for "Norm Abram panel sled" you...
Ah, I see. I knew that Blastgate would customize things for you if need be. Just didn't realize you would need it here, but that makes sense.
That looks great. Good job. I really love the handle.
