Hello to every one,
Suddenly during cutting 3 mm acrylic, head stopped moving . And when i restarted the machine
LCM Version <<5>> was displayed and the machine was hung.
Kindly help for above...

If you have gcc spirit with 2' lens, please measure the leg of manual focus & tell me.

can any one tell me the exact length in mm of manual focus.

due to increase in workload i assembeld the tube. after cleaning the dust thoroughly. repairing the fans (one was jammed), doing optics alignment... the machine...

where as i received the machine in dec. 2007.

No, my engg. has not checked with multimeter. he suggests to replace the capacitor if it's blown off by observing.
The capacitor fitted pcb is not easy to remove, because the transistors on pcb...

I have not found any capacitor or circuit broken inside.
what else the problem nay be due to.

What is the red circled marked board called which is the RF board. We have expert electronic engineer, but is it safe to open the tube? Kindly elebrote in detail about fixing of tube.

Today I faced following problem with my GCC 25 watt-
First few lines are engraved dark and then suddenly engraving lightens.
optics are clean.
Any one help me on this problem....

the problem is due to virus. i also got the problem. reinstall xp then every thing is fine.

i strectch graphic 10-15% to increase dot size. I will try to engrave the graphic at same dpi and see for problem

I use corel photo paint. decrease brightness by -20% and increase intensity by +20% and then convert to grey scale & then try the result.

I use parallel port for data transfer.
i have engraved successfully larger files earlier.
I have tried the photograph with different dpi.
The fille successfully works with 500 dpi. but gives...
