mostly hot melt, maybe a toothpick here and there :-) no tabs on that one since it was done all by hand, it was a lot of work to align tabs, now with the laser im getting used to using them, alot...

Sample Model Attached ! And yes, takes time, and cost more, but the boss thinks its worth, so we stick to the plan :-) but we still use softwares for the inside, floors, colors things like that !
