Does anybody has any experience with Chinese fiber laser? Is it worth to buy one(even though cheaper than branded it is still a lot of money)? I'm looking at a full size 500w machine....

I'm having the same problem with my 4.60. It's very intermittent, I can't get the pattern when it's happening. Although in past 2 years I have never experience this issue. Could this be the software?

spray some water on them and put them on the flat surface with some good weight on top. Let it dry completely. I do this all the time with bamboo ply.

My bet is for chemical etching. YAG or fiber doesn't make any sense for mass production.

my 4.60 doesn't do that.

How big is the shape? if it is relatively small, lets say 1cm, you can not avoid it as the motor can't stop that quickly.

They don't sell big4 lasers. Some Chinese stuff that I've never heard about.

it will depend on the sort of the plywood. They might have different glue in it and different layers. You also didn't specify what's your laser wattage.

Corel + merge printing

I've found that some coated materials have banding effect, sometimes it helps to lower the power for about 20-30%. It might be just uneven coating.
