the shorter the FL the finer the kerf line, the longer4" lens is for a straighter shoulder and also if you are working on projects where you need the extra clearance

This File alows for .06 felt to be places under the dividers and also burns the slots for the top & bottom.

This is a double sided box I designed for earrings. I use .100 cast acrylic for the see through top and bottom.
