It used to be at Home Depot when they custom mixed a color for you the label had a useful recipe. How much volume of each collarant was added ounces plus drops? For black, white, yellow red etc....

If it weighs more than 50% of the saw weight it may tip it over onto your face. If it is long even less weight will do it as well.

It should not be a RAL number it should be a 595 number. No idea which system Asia uses for paint colors. My Harrison lathe is a standard RAL green color even though it was first painted in 1976....

Roxul "safe and sound" is supposed to be better at stopping sound no so much heat. Double stud is good but takes up room. My wife would pack closet full of clothes so no noise gets through

I would turn down the bad area and glue on a speeisleeve of the correct diameter. ball bearing I assume metric.
A high school shop class might make a new one for materials and piazzas for the kids....

If you let go of the wood does it come back towards you? How does it crosscut. You claim the belts are not slipping? how hot are they.

Feel free to add another "off" switch on the back or side near the back. Helps if you are one guy pulling big pieces off the back of the saw.
I bought a rope switch to use as a foot "off" switch....
