Thanks for the replies. It will be an interior gate, pastor said a plain plywood gate would be fine, I was just trying to dress it up and push my woodworking skills a bit. I was hoping it would be...
I'm working on building a gate for church, what's the best way to make this joint? I never have that great of luck getting good 45s with my SCMS, I want this joint to be nice & tight. Gate dimension...
How do you handle inward-swinging doors with this method?

Good points, thanks everyone, I'll hold on to both.
One is missing the plastic crosshair window dealy, are parts still available?
I've ended up with 2 Unifences, but only one rail. One fence is light gray, and one is blue-gray. They look pretty similar, but if a guy was only going to keep one, is one superior to the other?
Here's mine, working on building drawers/cabinets to go under, wish I had miter slots in the table.
Does anyone know why readily available 1" screws don't have the washer-style head? I found some online, but my usual outlets (Menards & Lowes) only had the pan heads for 1" & smaller screws.
Thanks Grizzly, count me in.
Thanks Micro Jig, count me it.
Tom, I also received my 80 tooth blade last week, and got a chance to put it to use it this weekend. I replaced the 40-tooth Freud Fusion blade on my table saw with the Popular blade and used it to...
I have been using a Freud Premier Fusion like Bill, and recently bought a used WWII for a 2nd table saw. They both provide excellent cuts IMO and would recommend either one, but I was surprised how...
I would like to try one Tom, thanks.

I've been wanting to use some factory prefinished plywood after watching Norm use it for his kitchen cabinent project, but it's hard to come by around here, and it's expensive.
I checked with the...
I'm in, thanks.

Jeff,
I agree with what's been said. I paid that much for my 1946 model with a 1 hp motor & original fence and don't regret it. If you've been waiting for a Unisaw, I think your patience has paid...
Mike, in the first picture that looks like an I-beam type caul, how did you make that one? Great tutorial, thanks.
Scott
I recently ordered AX27 replacement belts from McMaster-Carr for my Unisaw. Two of the three were matched, the third was quite a bit longer than the matched ones, and was way too loose when the other...
How about something like this? (credit to jeffro over at OWWM)
Have you tried American National Knife?
Andy, saw is sitting on steel angles bolted through the LVL and set in a shallow dado, I stole that idea from Cary Falk.
With larger casters, you would just need to make sure they didn't bind...
Here's one I built using an old LVL beam and some hardware:

It's only long enough to support a 30" fence but you could easily...
Yea, I suppose it's not really a director's chair, that's what it was referred to on the site where I found that picture.
Bill, I built a couple of those LV adirondacks and I thought the same...
