Took a while to see the money showing through that thin envelope but I'm sure that subliminally it starts to work quickly .
Cheerfully decorative piece,I like the envelope flap "Pediment" too....gives subliminal solidity to " foreign money".

Randall,
Ever heard of Tom Eckert? His work can be seen at TomEckertArt dot com... i saw his stuff and immediately thought of yours. Hyper-realistic is so cool.
Randall - the money is amazing. Are you by any chance the artist that did the wooden quilt at the National Quilt Museum in Paducah. If you are not you need to come and see it.
Bill, if it's a quilt, my guess would be it's Eckert's work as cloth is his specialty...
dan and bill......two different guys...3 if you count me. i never met tom but we are well aware of each other and have even been in the same group shows (museum show in philadelphia) and collections. his work is absolutely amazing. fraser smith does the quilts.....i've never met him either but have again been in the same shows on occasion.(art fairs) his work is also fantastic.
making some progress.....kind of a fruit salad.
