I thought that I needed more space in my shop so I decided to make a flip top tool stand. Three days later I have a flip top stand which is an absolute monster, taking up far more space than what it was supposed to replace. Thankfully I didn't have to buy anything to build it, I had just about everything in my shop to make it. Tomorrow I plan to take it apart:o

Why did you build it so big?
Well, I usually build from a plan , this time I didn't, I was just winging it as I went along . And ,as I said, I created a monster. Believe it or not I actually bought a plan and then proceeded to ignore! Why? Just play stupid☺. But as I tell my children, we all make mistakes, you just need to learn from the mistakes. What I've learned is FOLLOW THE PLAN.Quote:
