Yes, both lights are working. That's an interesting point. Even though it won't help for this issue, I'll have to keep that in mind for future issues that arise. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

I just wanted to follow up on this thread for everyone that helped and for anyone who refers to this in the future. Trotec ended up sending us a new I/O board and keypad. We have since replaced the I/O board, USB cord, as well as the keypad. Everything seems to be working correctly now. Only time will tell if we have anymore random errors. Thanks again for all of the help.
