How old are you looking for? A fellow local miller had some 1000 year old logs last year; he may still have some lumber available that was milled from them.
If still looking, try www.cypresswood.net in Maringouin, LA. Used to be "Specialty Lumber". (No affiliation, just satisfied customer.)
I bought 10" x 10" (up to 23ft long) beams for my timber frame home build; lots of 10" x 5/4 planks (up to 23ft L); and milled products as well. Beautiful stuff. Great customer service.
Not sure if it qualifies as 'old growth', but at 10" - its older than I am.
