Belt Grinder Project?
Guys since my interest have switch from woodworking to metal working I was wondering about making a belt grinder using a bench grinder.I have a 8" 1800rpm grinder that I like to take wheel off one side and use it for belt grinder.Has any of members here done that or have any advice to give or maybe links to doing this? I did watch few Youtubes but they want you to buy their conversion kit which is over 300.00

It shows several conversions that don't involve a kit. Sometimes it's the search parameters that make a difference.
