I know I am a member and have been for a long time.
What I don't remember is how the monthly fee is paid.
Is it debited from my bank account or what?
Lowell 'member' is the free service. There is no monthly fee. When you click on the ''donate''button and pay the yearly fee of $6 you become a'' contributor''. This was recently changed that you have to be a contributor to view pictures and private message. Hope this helps.
And you can pay electronically or the old (dog?) fashioned way with a check in the mail.
