Everything looks normal on my end.
Looks the same to me also. Using Chrome & Windows 10.
Yes, back to normal now.
Scroll down to the bottom of your page and in the small box it should say "vB4 Default style" if you don't see that select "full Site" because you may be viewing in mobile version.
