Yep, looks like 6/4, one pc 18" wide, all of it 10-12' long. I couldn't pass up the deal. One piece has Brazil painted on the end. Tomorrow I'll check and see if its the real deal Mahogany. Either way this goes, $60.00 is a gloat worthy price for this much wood of any species.
Thats a nice board for less than $2.50/bf by my calculations.

Great find! I just paid $ 7.50 bf. for some Honduras mahogany to finish up a job.

I think you calculated for the one wide board Aaron mentioned. He indicated a few hundred bdft. Depending on your definition of "few" it may be less than 30 cents a bdftQuote:

Oh geez that is a great buy. That is easily $1,000 worth of wood. Why do people do that? I have sold things for a quarter of their real value because I wanted to get rid of them and thought it might be hard to get any more, but 6%?!
