Error Message: Unable to Open File: Look at the Status Bar

Our office is new to engraving. Had our first job on our xenetech engraver. Really just started out learning how to use it and then we receive the following message when we try to send jobs to the engraver from the computer: Unable to open file; Look at status bar at the bottom of page for the filename. There doesn't appear to be any issue with the .XOT files or their names. They just are not transferring to the engraver. Does anyone know how to correct this or if there is anything I can do to figure out exactly what is going on. Thank you!
