Hi John Your name is unusual so it rang a bell when I saw it in an obscure publication recently. There was a bit about 19th century John Ten Eyck of Cazenovia. Are you interested? tgbender2013@gmail.com
Thanks for helping to restore my sanity. You and I are among the very few who seem to actually understand how a bandsaw works and the small amount of geometry needed to have it cut properly. I have somewhat given up trying to explain this entire concept and it's gotten worse after everyone has watched that Snodgrass video. Now I simply try to nudge them in the proper direction but it's usually of no use. It's like dealing with someone who has some sort of tourettes syndrome, when they start shouting things like CO-PLANER or DRIFT, though they have no idea what they're talking about. Have a nice day, E.W.
John, Wondering if I could ask you some questions about your door construction? My email is tnorton770@yahoo.com Thanks,Tom
