My status also changed from contributor to member. My records show that I contributed on March 10, 2008. I understand that my contribution should be good until 2009. Is that correct?

It runs from the date you last paid. When I get home this evening I will upgrade your account. You should be good until March 11, 2009.

I noticed my status went from contributor to member. I show that I contributed 3/11/2008. Does it run on a calender year or for 365 days?

What's going on?? This is the 2nd year I've ordered something and never rec'd the goods even though PayPal has processed the payment. This past order to Northwind for a grey T-shirt and already processed PayPal payment as of 9/12/08. Where is it?

I don't know if you had been reading the creek but Keith dad was ill during September and passed away toward the end of the month. Keith is in the process of trying to get the mugs made and ready for shipment. I hope he will have them done by this weekend. Did you want your first name on the mug? If so let me know.

I have refunded the money to your wife's account. Sorry we have not sent the mugs. Keith's dad has been in a coma for the last week and passed away last night. The funeral is on Thursday. We will try to get the mugs done this weekend if he is up to it.
