Biography:

I was a rock climbing guide and instructor in my 20's and 30's. At the time, woodworking was a hobby and a way to earn a living in the climbing "off season".
Woodworking and carpentry became my full time focus with an emphasis on Japanese woodworking. I am now getting back into western style woodworking.

My main interests are my two dogs(Irish Setters), hiking in the mountains, identifying wild flowers and my very lovely wife(not necessarily in that order).
