John, just totally off the wall question for you. Has your family name been Anglisized from the German, Bieber? A branch of my paternal Grandmother's family (Bieber) left Pennsylvania for California in the 1850's and I understand they changed the name from Bieber to Beaver. If so, I may have some family tree information that might be of interest.

I have spalted Hard Maple Bowl blanks up to l6 inches. They have spalted wood, and some figured wood, also may or may not have blistered figure on it. Shipping to CA wood be a little on the costly side. The six inches may be hard to get, but 5 for sure, and I wood try for 6 inches. $45.00 for the bland plus shipping from 44281.
