Hi Paul,
Thanks for getting back to me, I'll reply later if/when I have time. I concur with your support comment, getting a prompt concise helpful answer from Camtech is like pulling teeth and unfortunately I don't have financial leverage on them. The funny/sad thing is I am only a 7hr drive from either western Canada offices, was hoping proximity/nationality would result in better service.

I'm very sorry I missed this. Between work and some family health issues I've missed getting on the Creek for many months. We've had our L20 for almost 6 years now so there are some things we've done more times than I can count, but there are still some things we either haven't done at all or only a few times. I have not used Thermark spray at all. We have used Cermark concentrate that we mixed (have tried both alcohol and water) and then spray painted on several different metals. We've tried super-thin layers to fairly thick layers, high power, low power, 2 passes, and anything else that came to mind. It hasn't been a concentrated, methodical testing because our customer base has just not been interested in that type of work, but with the cost of the Cermark we thought we should at least give it a decent try.
