Dear Mr.Rodney

I am almost ready to order from the SH-570 (700X500) 60W motorized table. The problem is that I am totally rookie about laser machines (I trying to start now my business) and I would like to advise me some thinks if you can.
You have to know that most I am going to make cut and engraving in Plexiglas 3mm & 5mm at least for now but later on I will engrave in cylinder too in materials like water glass coffee cup and so. That’s why I want to order the “irregular rotary” as they called.
I have seen In your post to advise to order different lens. So I ask them about the lens diameter and they answer to me that it is 18mm diameter 40mm focus length is it ok with it? Do I must order something else too (how much diameter & length) and why?
As for the RECI tube I will order from Shenhui or somewhere else.

I am wandering if you can help me. I have a problem with lens on my K40 Chinese laser. We only engraved with it for maybe 1hr but the lens at the back has a bad mark on it, like a chip in the middle of it. I'm wanting to know why it happened and how to stop it from happening again? Also are cheap Chinese lenses any good?

Hi Rodne,

I am in desperate need of your help. My YAG laser has all of a sudden stopped working, one minute i was engraving, next minute nothing is happening. I press start and the laser current goes down to zero. I can still see the red laser pointer just no laser. Any ideas on this? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I'm Eduard from México. I'va learned a lot thanks to you.. so Thank you! You and other members here in the creek are my laser heroes.

I have a ghosting or shadowing problem with my spirit deos 30w. I've read in a old post that you fix it this problem very easy.. you say it was a high a trickle voltage.. If you have some time.. could you please explain me how to fix it?

Hi Rodney...Looks like you have several GCC lasers. I have had an MII for almost three years and have not had any real problems with it so far. As far as maintenance and replacement cost, what is your best guess on what it cost you per minute to run your machine? The reason I ask is that I have the chance to quote a job vector cutting a lot of small pieces. I can come up with an hourly for the shop but I want to be sure I include enough for wear and tear. I would appreciate your input.
