    i want an extra as im doing a large run of extra lon table legs, and need a long toolrest and extra support. Also i have been annoyed with the old one the small handle for holding the toolpost needs a lot og force to hold the toolpost in place. So i thought to get the oneway as the new primary and to use the old as secondary.
  2. Hi Rasmus,
    Not sure how the 1640 banjo will work on a powermatic. It should, but I'm not sure about the height of the tool post. Have you considered having a square locking plate made for you PM banjo. I use several lathes that have the round type that are on the PM and all of them lock less secure than my 1640.

    I want to get a replacement banjo for my 3520 and was looking at Oneway. and steve slumph suggested that you might be able to help me.

    i was thinkin that the one for the 1640 would fith i hight and length of posts on th toolrests.
