    Jim from Westport, MA here. I had a discussion wit a tall, moostachio'd individual intimately familiar with LN products who must remain namelesse. Let's call him 'Tom'. His retelling of the story is less politic. The suits at Woodcraft pressured LN on price and showed Taiwanese protoypes that had clearly been cast from LN originals, they still had the brand imprinted.

    It as a betrayal, no more, no less.
