Started in life (after college) as a carpenter's apprentice, 4 years later, with a journeymen's card, I thought I knew everything. Fifteen years later, I left the construction trade to start a manufacturing business-powder metallurgy. Been at the business some 22 years and hope to retire in the next 5 years, if not sooner. Majority of parts we make go into new cars, with virtually every car built today having at least a few parts in it that we made.
