About David Borek
I started woodturning at age 11 when I found a book called The Practical woodturner by Frank Pain from the UK. I learned everything I needed to learn plus lots more along the 54 years I been on the lathe. I own 11 lathes now. Some hydraulic and automatic and hand lathes too. I spent my life putting together a shop of vintage machines and newer ones. I love Architectural Millwork and making what Architects want made.
