No. The sealant is at the interface which will come in contact with the user's mouth.

Silicone caulk will probably be OK.

Besides cutting sheet goods the long way, the long track is extremely useful for straightening an edge on rough lumber.

I would use gloss black laminate. One and done.

I would not want to rely on joined short tracks. Get the 118" track.

Definitely not void free, and generally structurally way inferior to Baltic birch.

Anderson is great for plywood and Festool selection. Not as good as House of Hardwood for hardwood selection.

You just have to go to House of Hardwood.

Try harder. Any Baltic birch or marine ply will be void-free.

This is simply a design shortcoming. The sides of the box require an intermediate support. If you are serious about getting help post photos.

Make the miter cuts using a bandsaw or chopsaw. Or do them by hand with a miter box.
