I did mostly problem solving and applied research in chemistry for a specialty chemicals plant of a major specialty chemical company. The senior research chemist for our division of the company had referred to me as the corporate expert on solvents. I did develop 3 specialty solvents for the company that we made and sold. I have done little fine woodworking but quite a bit of carpentry, of all types. Hopefully am now working on learning more about cabinet making and some furniture making.
