Years ago I knew a carpenter who had been a sea bee in WW2, and worked on rebuilding ships that were damaged in battle, the idea was to get them back...
I do mostly problem solving and applied research in chemistry for a specialty chemicals plant of a major specialty chemical company. I have done little fine woodworking but quite a bit of carpentry, of all types. Hopefully am now working on learning more about cabinet making and some furniture making. I have used hand tools for years and prefer hand tools, but do have and use some power tools. God has been much better to me than I deserve.
