Doc, Thanks for helping keep those sand fleas out of our hair. You'se guy's are doing a bang up job of keeping their carnage on the sand dunes of that desolate land, better there than here! I have never nor probably never will, meet you personally but I would be proud to think of you as an unmet friend! Keep up the work that my 6th great grand father George Zimmerman Carpenter and his son John, my 5th GGF, started so many, many years ago. Our family has always put our son's in harms way when needed but it will end with my Mil Svc 52 thru 57. My 2 son's, unfortunatly, are not among those willing to travel to a far off land to do battle with our enemies. How ever I think should our shores be invaded they would grab one of my gun's and head for the beach. Thanks again for your service! SALUTE!!! Gene O. Carpenter
