    Shaper questions

    Thread Starter: Greg Parrish

My new Felder KF500 Pro has a shaper unit built in. Iíve never owned or used a shaper so Iím working my way through the process of understanding how to use it, how it compliments my router table, and the best source for cutters (Felder ones are crazy expensive) one thing ive found is places...

    Felder, SCM/Minimax, or Laguna bandsaw?

    Thread Starter: Mick Simon

I'm looking in the 16" to 20" range of bandsaws, mainly for resawing. I have a 20" Inca for fine curved work, but need resaw capacity for veneers. Thoughts?

How do you drill 1" holes in polycarbonate sheets

    Thread Starter: Alan Lightstone

I have a 1/4" thick polycarbonate sheet that I need to drill several 1" holes for makeup air in a router table window. I can't find any information on drilling holes that big. Is a hole saw acceptable? Forstner bit? Is there a special drill bit for this?

    Jorgensen clamps at Lowes

    Thread Starter: Edwin Santos

Hi, I don't quite know what the story is with the orange Jorgensen bar clamps. At one point I heard the century old company went out of business. Then I heard a Chinese company bought them and planned to resurrect the line. Today I saw a six pack of 6" 3700 series bar clamps at Lowes. They're in...

    Spraying Zinsser 123

It is dewaxed. Otherwise it wouldn't work as a near universal primer.

    Spraying Zinsser 123

This. Use the BIN primer, not the enamel/latex version.

I can spray it with a 1.3mm in a 4-stage HVLP turbine. Prior to purchasing that,
