Hey guys, I'm in the early planning stages for a workshop that will be used as both a woodworking shop and a metal fabrication shop. I'm trying to figure out how much lighting I can afford to put in and have a rough floorplan with 21 - 4 foot 4 bulb high bay fluorescent fixtures (at about $60 a...

    Saddle square

    Thread Starter: Mark Rainey

I just ran across a Bob Lang video on my computer that I had forgotten about. It is a Pop Wood video about Sketchup. I am curious if any of you use the software. I have it, have used it, but don't anymore.

    Thread Starter: Mike Dowell

Oh my, this machine hasn't been here a week, and it's "loving me long time". I got all my DC fittings and was going to run a 6" drop to the machine, and pickup a 4" flex-hose to the ports. The problem? The ports aren't 4"!!! I'm sorry if I'm sort of "internet yelling". I am just at my ends...

The curved wing vs straight wing is one of the things we argue about.... I can't really tell that it makes any difference, but that may be because of

    Miter Gauge Stops

I used one of these. You can also make something similar out of a slotted strip of hardwood.

    Jet Bandsaw Table Flatness- Not

I'm with Charlie and Lowell. Dad's saw table looks great with a straight edge on it but his miter gauge and sleds always gave a little snag at the slot.

    Generac pressure washer

Guess I'm the only one here WITH a Generac? It's a 2700psi unit, it wasn't all that expensive, I've had it 4 years I think, maybe longer, it's used regularly,
