the tank truck is filling the station's tanks? My, B-I-L who is fairly car mechanics literate, says he does because the dumping of the fuel into the underground tank stirs up all the water and whatever that had settled to the bottom. Does seem to make at least some sense. Do you avoid this?
Last Post By: Jim Koepke Today, 2:19 AMI just read that Virginia requires safe storage. I have my dads 22ga rifle that he had when he was a kid. I don’t know exactly when he got it but it’s pretty old. He was born in 1908. the gun breaks down into two pieces and is stored in some sort of long sock that’s supposed to prevent rust....
Last Post By: Mike Henderson Yesterday, 12:22 PMAt a company I used to work for one of the workers there gave me a bunch of old saws that his father left in the garage. Seems his father sharpened saws and after his father passed, he had no interest in them. There are also saws I collected. Decided to lay them out and determine which to keep,...

My truck runs on diesel, only one grade of that at most stations.
I have found different varieties and claims at different stations.
I paid for a few years, but basically went back 20 years and copied every article that was remotely interesting and organized them by subject matter.
Thomas McCurnin Today, 1:56 AMI don't know, but sometimes I check the number of times braking- me vs car in front.
Regularly 1:10, often 1:20, more on mountain or curvy
I don't know that I'd call it a gimmick, but I do consider them highly over-rated. I use mine very infrequently, preferring a low speed dry grinder
Steve Demuth Today, 12:15 AMDepends on the bias. My GTi wore rears much faster than front, by design.
I think the OP isn't hitting the brakes as hard, or heating them
Time for some levity
