    New solid body electric guitar

Too many other projects happening at the same time! I built a bass with my son most of a decade ago,...

    Bee lawns

So, I'm thinking about making my front lawn more bee friendly, honey bees in particular. Based on some University of Minnesota Bee Lab papers I'm going to start adding fine fescue grasses to my lawn along with some white clover. Here's some info for others thinking about making their lawns...

I know there are lots of Hammer customers here, so wanted to share some news from Felder KG: -Lead times continue to be a challenge but I found this very interesting: Austria hired something like 100 more workers for the production line, specifically for Hammer machines. Believe this or not,...

Track Saw vs Circular Saw vs Table saw Vs Miter saw - Which one to start with?

    Thread Starter: Amelia Green

Hi, I realise that all tools are not equal. I remember someone saying that even a table saw does not equal a table saw does not equal a table saw  But if someone is just getting into the woodworking hobby with a limited space available for the workshop, which one would you guys recommend...

    Lighting the Small Workshop
    By Jack Lindsey

"Ten years have passed since I wrote the Fine Woodworking article on lighting the small shop," Jack Lindsey explains, but much has changed. Drilling clean holes

I would stack half a dozen at a time. Use a backer board and clamp them down. Pretty easy to make a jig to do that. Shape it later.
