VFD for 7.5 hp 3 phase to run on 220 single phase

Luis I looked at the Supercell until I saw the CFM rating of 465 CFM. Then I realized what it is.

Yup- sounds like the solenoid isn't pushing the plunger mechanism & pinion into the flywheel for some reason, OR the pinion shear pin/key went, OR
