I kept, and still use my original (lower) 0766 banjo and thus can adjust my tool rests on my 0766 to whatever height I want for whatever tool I’m using or whatever I’m trying to achieve. As it is right now, I won’t be able to do that on my brand new 0733, without resorting to a different banjo and other tool rests. Anybody have an ‘original’ 0766 banjo they want to sell?
