Thanks Dave Keele for posting the blastgate info. I thought that their prices were reasonable. Also, for a larger ring flange (like what Roger used) the spec sheet listed the thickness as 3/16" thick. I would suspect that it would be pretty sturdy.

Way to go, John! I just finished another for our club’s PM 3520b, which has a 20” swing, so a 20” flange ring. I actually went ahead and got two 20” rings from Blast Gate, as I’m sure someone else in the club will want one made, and they were very reasonably priced.
