Hi Dean, Corel 12 is fine. If you are sending over a job that is 24" x 12" (the full size of the bed) try dropping the size of the job to 23.99" x 11.99". LEt me know if that works!
Just so folks know. I am not a Trotec owner. In fact I have no laser yet and am just lurking in the 3 Western Laser groups and the Chinese Laser Group as I slowly go through the process of deciding if and what to buy in the way of a laser. Dave

Hi Dean, There may be something else that is going on that I can't troubleshoot on this thread. Have you called tech support yet? If not, the number for Canada is 800-663-1149. Hi everyone, I'm new to the group and very new to Trotec. I bought an Epilog laser about 3 yrs ago and just upgraded to the Trotec 300. Just found out about the Trotec on Ironman3! That's so cool. I have a really dumb question as I've never had a problem with this when I was using the Epilog... Does JC not see in one layer? I've found some of the graphics that I've engraved (I engrave stamps by the way) very well on the Epilog does not engrave on the Trotec. What's different about the Epilog than the Trotec? Mei
hi,everyone. i am new in engraving. i m going to order a speedy 300 80watt within this month. i m from malaysia. i have got info of sp 300 from troteclaser.com, telling the standard package come with focus lenses. is that means come with 4 different inches of lenses? because the malaysian agent told me trotec laser internation only come with 1 lenses, and most people choose 2.0" lense. thanks if you guys can help with your experiences in this field. i really love this trotec laser. it is awesome.

Hi All, i just took delivery of a Speedy 400 80W. I use Vectric Aspire for file creation for my CNC. Does anybody out there know how to get the Aspire files into JobControl for laser work? Thanks in advance for your response, Aubrey
