Yesterday I got a sale catalog from Grizzly. I see that there are some decent price reductions but also see that their freight costs appear to have gone up. This is not meant as an advertisement for them but I'm posting it as a courtesy to those who may have an interest. G0766, $2650 cost plus $299 freight G0733, $2195 cost plus $299 freight G0838, $1695 cost plus $239 freight.
That G0766 is still the best value on the market for a 3hp lathe, in my opinion! I appreciate you sharing this info, Brice!
Brice, it's all about trucking costs (today) between the price of diesel and the lack of drivers.... On the other side over-seas shipping has fallen steeply (over 90% for the highest rate)... which should allow list prices to decline
I sure wish Grizzly would somehow find a way to get back the G0800.
