Anyone in the GGMG going to the AAW symposium this year?
I was planning, but my wife had to have surgery, and her mother who lives with us is not doing well.........maybe next year. It will be held in Kentucky from what I'm told.
To that point what do you guys get out of AAW value wise for the membership we pay each year?
Their Journal is a first class publication, and the website is full of helpful videos for members. A plethora of great instruction is available if one wants to explore it. The journal alone is worth the membership fee in my opinion, then other benefits like insurance availability, etc.
I let my membership expire in apr but renewed today. I will give it another shot......
I went in 2016 in Atlanta and I'm taking a some what new turner to Raleigh this year. The info and displays and the market place is unreal for all the goodies. Non AAW members may go to the displays and the market place but not to the demo's.
I will be there and also working at the symposium. As a member in North Carolina we are volunteering to help make this a successful event. If you see me, stop and introduce yourself.
