Know all about the slow boats from Asia. Our favorite was when the longshoreman went on strike and caused a parts shortage where I worked. Meant the opportunity for a day off which was always good.

Wasn't saying it was the fault of grizzly, just one of those things that can always happen. But charging my credit card I would think it means they at least have it in their warehouse. (hopefully)

Yay, supposed to be delivered on Monday!

I see on the website that they are back ordered again with more expected on the 11th. I thought the guy I talked to the other day said there was 72 or 74 in this load mine was in. Lots of new 766 owners somewhere.

Cool, Sam! You’d be surprized at how many are out there. To my recollection, they have sold out of the G0766 model numerous times, and each time they have many dozens on board.....They seem to get them as fast as they come off the assembly line.

I unboxed mine in the truck and took the pieces inside that way. It was Dec and raining, so we didn't mess about it only took about an hour.

I used my ceiling mount chainfall to support that lathe while I put it together.

If you want to move it about when done, see my post from last Jan on the Lift-Lock-Move lathe mobility system (ie how to modify it)
