Hello Michael, I 've turned the outside, the upper neck and hollowed. Then penciling the shape and carving it with a burr. Widen this with a little rasp (Corradi) in order to positition the 1/4 router bit (router strenghten on the banjo) I move the piece by hand on the desired way and get a "like turned shape" have a look at: http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthre...hora&highlight= it's more explicit. and in the purpose of this piece I joined two pictures more, in the thread I hope this is helpfull Friendly, Lionel
