    Ricc, I just use the standard tip. You should practice on some other prepared wood to learn the feel. I usually sign after a coat of finish, but it works well also before applying finish. A "shallow" signing will take finish differently and be a lot more visable after finishing. You can either rub the signing with your fingers or last grit sandpaper to remove any raised edges. Tom
  3. Thomas - saw your post on "siging work" - when you use the dremel engraver do you use the tip it came with or do you use a different tip?
