Correct, Edward B Mueller. I was in there this weekend, and they said they had 5 in stock of the 18 BX, so I don't expect them to all disappear tomorrow, but who knows? I think you might be right about the discounts, but you never know. I am hearing some people suggesting a recession in the next 6 to 12 months as a result of a number of ongoing crisises. Might be a good time to save some cash.
Andrew, noticed you were in Cinci. Assume your smaller local woodworker shop is Edward B Mueller? If not, would love to know name of place. Bought an in-stock 18BX from Woodcraft recently and am still in the process of setting it up, so can't say if it is a good choice. Really annoyed I didn't buy it 3 years ago for a lot less money. There used to be 10% off deals on Laguna tools, but I think those days are gone for a while until they can make more than they sell. Good luck with your search! --Mark
