I never did the conversion. I still plan on it, but it seemed like a lot of trouble with some potential problems, and now that I have the twins, I've shutdown the guitar building side of my business. It will come back, perhaps next year, but it was impractical right now. I haven't tried the normal Abranet yet. I don't think it will hold up particularly well, but I believe there's another thread where someone tried it, and it worked out OK for him. Search around for it as my memory is foggy.
Hi John, a little while back, you said you were going to convert your drum sander to h&l. How is it going? Is it worth it? Have you tried the less heavy duty version of Abranet with you h&l surface? Thanks, Sébastien
