Shiraz, I just wanted to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit this forum. You have no idea how comforting and reassuring it is for me as a consumer, with very limited resources (aka "poor"), to see the owner of a company willing to give of his time just to make sure his customers are satisfied.
