I am not sure exactly how we would go about finding out who has received purple hearts but we do have a contact at Walter Reed Army Hospital who may be able to help. Jackie: I have never made a pen but I can make pen blanks. I was thinking about the wounded vets in hospitals. What would you think if I sent a couple of thousand Purple Heart blanks for the wounded soldiers who have received their Purple Hearts..
